CANCELLATION POLICY
While we understand that unexpected situations may arise, cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment prevent us from offering that reserved time to other clients. A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged for late cancellations or missed appointments. Please note that all deposits and services rendered are non-refundable.
